Placing an Order
When you place an order to purchase a product from www.strongmagnetsdiscount.de , we will send you an e-mail confirming receipt of your order. Your order represents an offer to us to purchase a product, for which we thank you, and which is accepted by us when we send e-mail confirmation to you that we've despatched that product to you. Any products on the same order, which we have not confirmed in our e-mail confirmation to have been dispatched, do not form part of that contract.

For your protection, a contract will not be made if there is any legal reason why this is not possible e.g. attempted fraud,etc. Also, for your further protection, the information you provide will be subject to identity and fraud prevention checks.

Our prices are subject to change.

All goods and services are subject to availability.

If the goods you have ordered are not available from stock we will contact you by email within 7 days and you will have the option to either wait until the goods are available from stock or cancel your order in accordance with our Cancellation & Returns Policy.

Delivery
We aim to deliver your purchase within 7 working days from confirmation of acceptance of order subject to availability and unless otherwise stated by our customer service team. 

 

Availability of goods
All products offered are subject to availability. If the product you have ordered is not available from stock, you will be contacted by email or telephone, if you have entered the relevant details, and you will have the option either to wait until the item is available or to cancel your order. A comparable product may be substituted in the event of a product being unavailable, pending customer agreement.

 

Prices and Payment
All prices are inclusive of 19% VAT unless otherwise stated. Delivery charge is not included in the price. Please see “Shipment” for charges. Prices quoted are correct at time of entering information. We reserve the right to change prices and specification of any item on the Web site at our discretion without prior notice or to withdraw any items at any time. We will not be liable to you or anyone else for withdrawing any items from the Web site or refusing to process an order. However, this will not affect any orders that have been accepted and therefore dispatched.
